Frequently asked questions
How do I read PlizME?
The index lists the 46 plates, grouped by part. Each plate is read in three stages — the concept, the techniques, from theory to the bedroom — and the arrows at the bottom of the page lead to the previous or next plate. On the keyboard: ← and → to move from one plate to the next, Esc to return to the index.
What is free?
One plate is free, with no account needed, so you can get a feel for it. The rest opens with an account, as a one-time purchase and for life: a whole part, or full access.
How do I buy?
From the “Offers” page, choose a whole part or full access. What you buy stays yours with no time limit, and you can print every plate: it has been laid out for printing.
What if I buy one part, then another?
Each part keeps its price, whatever you have already bought. That is why full access is the best choice from the start: from the third part on, it costs less than buying part by part. When you only have one or two parts left to open and they cost less than full access, we no longer offer it to you: simply take them one at a time.
Can I get a refund?
The content opens as soon as you pay: before paying, you ask for this immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal period that applies to digital content (that is the checkbox in the summary). Our refund policy is being written: it will be set out in the terms of sale before payment opens. If a problem stops you from reading what you bought, write to us.
What will the people around me see?
Nothing is sent by post, and your account is visible only to you. The emails we send have a neutral subject line, with only the name PlizME. On a shared device, the browser history keeps the pages visited, as with any website: private browsing avoids that. The exact wording that will appear on your bank statement will be shown before you pay, as soon as payment opens.
Can two people share an account?
Your account is personal: it is tied to your email address and your password, so do not give them to anyone. Reading a plate together, on the same screen, is of course possible: PlizME is made for couples too.
Can I change the language?
Yes: the languages icon, top right, lets you switch from one language to another without leaving the current plate. PlizME exists in thirteen languages.
How do I adjust the display?
Under “Settings” (the button at the top right): text size, animations, and a reset of the plates marked as read. These settings are remembered on your device.
The animations move — can I stop them?
Yes: in “Settings,” the “Animations” setting pauses them all — the image stays, the motion stops. If your device asks for reduced motion, they are paused by default.
